Prior to incorporation of Mubashar Corporation, he was the CEO of Al-Rehmat Traders (Pvt.) Limited.

Sheikh Umar Rehan born on May 09, 1979 in Gujrat, Punjab,In 1948, his Grand Father,Sheikh Muhammad Hassan, established Chenab Oil Mill in Faisalabad.In 1977, it became a ghee mill and was named Khaqan Safdar Vegetable Ghee Mills (Pvt) Ltd. In late 80s, his entire family shifted to Karachi and established their different ghee and oil factories in the city.
In 1989, his father, Sheikh Muhammad Mushtaq, established ghee and oil factory with the name of Umer Bilal Industries Private Limited. In 1997, he joined business of his father.
Currently, he is working as CEO of Umer Bilal Industries Private Limited, a manufacturing company of ghee and cooking oil and the Executive Director of Mubashar Corporation Limited, Faisalabad, a corporation engaged in manufacturing and export of blankets to USA and Europe.
Currently, He Elected as a President Korangi Association of Trade & Industry (KATI), the largest and most vibrant trade association of Pakistan.
